Please refer to these terms and conditions before placing your order.

Payment.

A deposit of £10 shall be sent to Tiptoe Designs prior to despatch of the fingerprint mould kit or inkless wipe kit.

Balance of payment for items (plus delivery charge) shall be made when you place your order.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your finished item(s) within 21 days of receipt of your order, completed moulds/inkless wipe prints or pictures.

If you require the item(s) by a certain date we will attempt to work to your deadline,but please make us aware of this before placing order.

Your finished item(s) will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will require a signature on arrival. We will contact you prior to despatch.

A delivery charge of £5 will be made for orders up to £200. For orders in excess of £200 an additional delivery charge may be levied (depending on weight or value). Cost on application.

Refund Policy

We hope that you will be very happy with your pieces from Tiptoe Designs. As all items are individually handmade they may vary slightly from those shown. As the items are made from 99.9% fine silver (except attachments such as chains,bracelets, cufflink backs, clasps etc. which are sterling silver) they are susceptible to scratching and tarnishing. We would recommend that items are polished with a soft non-abrasive cloth from time to time.

As items are handmade to order, they may only be returned if they are faulty or if Tiptoe Designs have made a mistake with the order.

Tiptoe Designs cannot be held responsible for customer failure to follow instructions correctly when taking prints, filling out order forms etc. Particular attention should be paid towards spelling of names for engraving purposes as mistakes cannot be rectified once the items have been made.

On delivery of your finished item(s) please check for damage. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.

If an item has to be returned to Tiptoe Designs we would recommend that this is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. If an item has been returned due to our error the cost of postage will be re-imbursed. 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time up to the despatch of the print kits. Once despatched a cancellation charge of £10 applies (to cover the cost of the print kits).

Once we are in receipt of your completed prints/drawings, we have notified you of such and have commenced work on your item(s), we regret that the order cannot be cancelled.

Warranty

All goods supplied by Tiptoe Designs are warranted free from defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months from the delivery date. This does not included fair wear and tear.Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the ease and safety of activities performed by customers when taking prints, we would request that you refer to the instructions before use. We would recommend that you do not attempt to take fingerprints from children under 6 months old due to the fragility of bones in the fingers below this age. We would advise that activities are undertaken at your own risk.
