What is the jewellery made from ?

The piece of jewellery containing the paw print is made from silver artclay. This is composed of real silver particles mixed with an organic binder. Once fired, the binder burns away to leave 99.9% pure silver, which can be hallmarked. All findings attached to your chosen item (chains, keyrings, bracelets, cufflink backs etc.) are made from sterling silver.

Is it safe for my pet ?

The inkless wipes are non-toxic and safe to use. We would always recommend, however, that you wash your hands, and your pet's paws after use.

Do I have to visit a studio to have this done ?

No, we appreciate that your time is precious and will therefore send you an inkless wipe kit so that you can prepare prints from the comfort of your own home. You then post these back to us in a prepaid envelope and we do the rest !

Is it possible to use previously produced artwork ?

If you have ever taken your pet's pawprint before (for any reason!) it is also possible to have these incorporated in jewellery – as long as you can provide us with a black and white photocopy.

When will my jewellery be ready?

Your finished item of jewellery will usually be returned to you within 21 days following receipt of your order and prints. If you need your jewellery sooner than this, please let us know and we will make every effort to meet your deadline.

Do you do home visits?

If you would like us to come and take your pet's pawprint and you have at least 3 friends who would also like to have a go, home visits can be arranged within a 10 mile radius of our premises in Earley, Reading. Don’t forget, if 3 or more items are ordered you are also entitled to a 10% discount. This offer can be used in conjunction with any other Tiptoe or Little Treasure products.

 Do you do Gift Vouchers?

Gift vouchers are available for all our products and make the 'purrfect' gift for the animal lover who has everything !
